Out-of-Network Benefits

While we may not take your insurance, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits provided by your insurance company. We are happy to assist you with providing statements to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. You pay our rates up front and get reimbursed by your insurance afterwards.

Out-of-Pocket Rates

DBT Individual Therapy: $135 per 50-minute session (other individual treatment sessions are the same rate at this time)

DBT Skills Groups: $85 per 1- 1/2-hour session

DBT Phone Coaching: No additional charge. Each client who commits to DBT will have access to their therapist 24/7 for additional support in implementing skills taught in group.
